Ally McCoist has branded Rangers 'hopeless' as the club legend grows tired of the same old mistakes.
The Pundit of the Year appeared on talkSPORT this morning, as the subject of Kilmarnock's Scottish Premiership victory over the Ibrox side was raised.
Marley Watkins scored with just a few minutes left on the clock, as Rangers fell to six points behind both Celtic and Aberdeen in the title race.
McCoist - who turned out for both Rangers and Killie during his playing days - insists it was a 'shocking' goal to concede.
And while there are problems both on and off the park in Govan at the moment, the Rangers icon cannot see a change in manager any time soon, with Philippe Clement under mounting pressure.
"We're hopeless," he sighed. "What do you want me to say? We're not very good.
"We need to get a bit of stability at the top straight away. What he [Clement] said after the game is factually correct but the fact of the matter is the performance levels were poor.
"You've got to balance it out - Kilmarnock were excellent. Derek [McInnes] has them well organised and difficult to beat and they're a match for anyone.

"From a Rangers point of view, the chairman, John Gilligan, has come in and is doing his very best and will continue to do that.
"There's a lack of stability at the top - no chief executive, the previous chief executive went to Saudi Arabia. The spine of the club is not right.
"The players have got to look at themselves. It was a shocking performance. It was a really poor performance. Don't think I'm sidestepping the issue and not giving the players stick.
"Poor midfield, shocking goal to lose and never created enough."
On calls for the manager to go, he added: "There's a couple of things. I don't think the club are in any position to get rid of people as I don't think they can afford it financially. He has to get better results, that's clearly the case.
"Where I would stick up for him, I'm not sure he's been dealt a hand with some of the players he's been left.
"The recruitment before him coming in has not been nearly good enough."
