Rangers thrashed a lacklustre Ross County at Hampden Park on Saturday afternoon, with Cyriel Dessers continuing his impressive goalscoring form.
The Nigerian striker netted a double and took his tally to five goals from seven games this season.
His teammate Tom Lawrence also scored his first of the campaign during the 6-0 rout, and was eager to credit the often under-appreciated centre-forward.

“I think he showed his quality today,” Lawrence said. “I thought he was really good. The same with Rabbi. I thought Rabbi was tremendous as well, and I could go throughout the team.
“We’ll take the win, it’s a good performance and now we move on.”
Asked if the Rangers squad can go into next weekend’s clash against Celtic with confidence, the Light Blues midfielder stated: “100 per cent. It’s a good performance all round, we have to take the positives, there’s things we need to work on as well, then we look forward to next week.”
