This is the moment that Philippe Clement addresses Rangers' Under-18s after their Youth Cup final triumph last night.
Stevie Smith's side were 2-1 winners over Aberdeen in the game at Hampden Park.
The Light Blues reclaimed the trophy after a stunning second-half comeback saw Josh Gentles and Paul Nsio score to secure the victory at the national stadium.
Clement was pictured in the stands during the match as he watched on to see how the stars of the future fared against the Dons.
Club captain James Tavernier and CEO James Bisgrove were also in attendance, as were Aberdeen representatives Alan Burrows, Graeme Shinnie, Jonny Hayes and Connor Barron.
Smith revealed that Clement made a beeline for the Rangers dressing room at full-time to pass on his congratulations to the youth team.
Now, a photo has been shared on social media of the Belgian delivering his speech to the U18s.
Smith said: “The manager came into the dressing room and spoke to the players after the game. He’s noticed a few players and he said a few things there that he’s really happy with.

"He saw quality in terms of their technical ability and he also saw that character that they will need at the top end.
"I knew he was coming to the game but I didn’t know he would show up after the game. The full first-team coaching staff were here and we got the shout on the pitch when we were celebrating that we had to go in and speak to the manager. It tells us a lot about the man he is.
"He knows a lot of the faces because the boys have had a chance to train with the first team and I’m sure he’ll know a few more after tonight.”
