Sima - who only recently returned from a lengthy period out - had to be replaced after struggling with his movement in the early stages of the contest.
It's unclear what injury the Brighton loanee may have suffered but it was clear he was unable to continue as he looked to the touchline.

Ross McCausland was the player readied to replace Sima who did leave the pitch on his own strength but the winger didn't look particularly free in his movement.
After being subbed off, Sima embraced with manager Philippe Clement before showing his frustrations as he kicked out at a bottle on his way to the bench.
