Rangers are trying to find a 'long term solution' for Ryan Jack's ongoing injury situation.
The midfielder, 32, has a recurring calf problem that has failed to go away this season.
Philippe Clement has revealed that he wants to get the Scotland international back involved in first-team matters.
However, his return is still some way off, with the risk of bringing him back and causing further injury too great for the player.
The Belgian also admits that Ridvan Yilmaz will be out of action for tomorrow's game against Dundee, but his situation should clear up sooner rather than later.
"Ridvan still missing, not long-term but not fit for this game," the 49-year-old said. "It's a matter of days, not weeks for him.
"Ryan Jack we are looking at other solutions to get him back, it is a long-term calf issue and I don't want to risk bringing him back and causing a further injury - we are looking at long-term solutions."

On the re-arranged game itself, Clement says something must be done to find a solution to play the game.
He states that it's a 'bad look' for the Premiership regarding the uncertainty surrounding the fixture.
He added: "It's a crazy situation, we are going to travel now and stay but we don't know for sure if the game is on. It's a bad situation for the league.
"The club has been in talks with Dundee and the league as we want a good football game to go ahead. They are in a battle for the top 6, creating a lot of chances. So it will be a big test against a good team.
"We have to find a good solution to get this game played, if it was moved to next week we could find ourselves in the same situation once again if it rains."
