Neil McCann has sent a title warning to Celtic as he stated "Rangers are coming".

The former Ibrox player reckons the title race will go all the way this season with Philippe Clement transforming ambitions and results since he replaced Michael Beale.

However, Celtic currently still lead the league table - after a draw against Aberdeen - but Rangers do hold one game in hand.

It means victory for Rangers in that match would see the title rivals level on points. And just two goals separate the clubs in the goal difference column.

For pundit McCann, Rangers are "starting to gallop" and he warned pressure could be applied to Celtic with the gap at the top narrowing.

On BBC Sportscene, McCann commented: "I think it will go to the wire. 

"Philippe Clement is very good with the media. He deals with questions really well and in-house, I think there's a bit of momentum and belief in that Rangers squad.

"They're starting to gallop, they're starting to gain already with that game in hand that would take them level on points. Then you start to apply the pressure.

"I think the Celtic players are feeling a bit of pressure from the fans, because they know that Rangers are coming."
