Jose Cifuentes is set to miss Rangers' clash with Hibernian tomorrow due to a knee injury, it is understood.
New Ibrox boss Philippe Clement is set to take charge of his first match as Gers manager tomorrow, but Cifuentes will miss the fixture.
Rangers are awaiting a full diagnosis of the knee injury and it currently remains to be seen how long the Equadorian will be sidelined for.
Clements also confirmed that Tom Lawrence and Rabbi Matondo will also miss the visit of Hibs to Ibrox, but he did have more positive news on Todd Cantwell, Ryan Jack and Danilo.
He explained: "Todd Cantwell will be back. Ryan Jack will be back but not for the full 90.
"I always work well together with medical staff. I want to know and discuss all the details and work with the players physically to be ready for the games to come. I want to create the strongest and physical team in the league.
"Danilo is adapting, it is his first moments training with a mask. We will likely need him for the weekend.
"Lawrence and Matondo are injured and will miss out. Cantwell is increasing his workload following the injury so won't play the 90."
