Steven Davis has provided an update on his current injury recovery and his plans for the future.
The veteran midfielder was kept on by Rangers at the end of the season to allow him the best treatment possible to recover from an ACL injury.
It remains to be seen if Davis, 38, will continue playing once he has fully recovered, but he is currently relaxed about the future.
Speaking to the Belfast Telegraph, he said: “I am continuing with the rehab at the moment and we will see where we are at as that goes on.”
Michael Beale explained at the end of last season: "Steven is in the middle, really, of a long-term rehabilitation from the ACL injury in December.
"It's important that we allow Steven to get back to full fitness and at that stage of full fitness a decision will be made on what Steven wants to do in terms of playing or going into a role off the pitch.
"We want to keep our options open there, so does Steven, so that's one that we'll update on as we go."
