Nedim Bajrami was speaking to the press ahead of Rangers' trip to face Aberdeen in the Scottish Premiership. Here's everything he had to say.
How big does this game tomorrow night feel?
I think every game is big for us, every game is important. We know tomorrow how important is the game against Aberdeen because they are still unbeaten this season. So we go there and give our best and our best performance ever.
Normally in Scotland there are only the two teams competing for it, but there is a third extra importance?
I don't know the past of Aberdeen, but I think this season they had a really good start. They are still unbeaten, so we go there tomorrow to give our best to win the game. We know our qualities and we know that we are a strong team.
When you look at recent performances, do you think the team need to go up a level tomorrow night?
I think we have a lot of new players, young players, they have to adapt to the team. Even me, I am new here, so tomorrow will be a hard game. A big battle, so everyone is ready and we do our best for tomorrow.
Does the squad have that belief that you can go into that key point?
Yes, for sure we believe. We go there tomorrow to the pitch and give our best. We know Aberdeen this season is really good, so we go there without pressure and do our best to win the game.
What have the guys told you about the rivalry between the two clubs?
I didn't speak yet to the team, I think tonight they are going to tell me something about that. For me, every game is important. As I said before, Aberdeen this season had a good start, but it is still unbeaten. We go there to try to win the game.
What have you made of your time at Rangers so far?
I really like it, it's a nice dressing room.

I like the way we play, the coach, what he wants from the team. It's different Scottish football from Italian football, but I adapt myself really fast here.
Would you accept that, even at this early stage of the season, that Rangers can't go any further behind Aberdeen and Celtic?
We know there are a lot of games this season and we are there. We go there tomorrow to win the game, to be close to them. Our focus is game by game.
It's a big week for the club as they get this game and the semi-final as well?
We know that every game is very important, so we play Aberdeen and the cup game. I think everyone has to be ready because there will be a rotation here. We know that even the cup is really important for us because we want to win trophies.
How do you think the team has evolved since you arrived?
I arrived here in Scotland because I like to play offence football and to win every game, to win trophies. My performance here, I think it's good, maybe to score some goals and more assists to help the team. I play now on the wing, so with Jefte and Tom Lawrence at No.10, I like to play with these two guys because I feel really good on the pitch and outside of the pitch.
Would you like to play more centrally or are you just happy to keep playing for the team?
We're playing football... it's not just one position. You have to play a different position, but I'm happy also on the left wing because there's a lot of rotation. You don't just stay on the left wing, so I like this position.
What are the biggest differences with Scottish football compared to other leagues that you've played in?
I've played the last five years in Italy and I think in Italy it's more tactical football. So in Scotland they play more up and down, it's faster and I like this because you have more space, you can score more goals and this is what I like.
Is the game here more physical than you've perhaps been used to?
Yes, we have some teams that are really physical, they are different than in Italy, but I try to adapt myself and to give my best every game.
Is that something you perhaps expect from Aberdeen tomorrow? Do you expect them to be physical against you?
Yes, I think tomorrow will be a big game. They're going to come from the first minute to the last minute really hard to press us maybe and we're going to try to do our best against them.
