Philippe Clement has been hard at work to secure a squad capable of winning trophies for Rangers next season, despite the league and Scottish Cup still being available to win this term.
The Belgian has been heavily linked with players ahead of the summer transfer window opening, a situation likely to continue in the weeks and months ahead.
And you can expect that there will be both signings and departures from Ibrox come the end of the season.
A plan has been in place for some time with recruitment guru Nils Koppen beavering away in the background.
And Clement insists while the current squad still have time to make a claim to being part of his upcoming revolution, there has been plenty of work been done already.
He told Sky: "It's already far because we've already been at the club and busy for months. You can't wait until the end of the season to think what you're going to do next season.
"But of course, you can changes ideas or opinions about players based on what they do in the moment. They still have two weeks and four important games to prove a lot of things."
