How Derek Clark rated the players at Hampden after Rangers' 1-0 defeat to Celtic in the Scottish Cup final.
Jack Butland: Was hardly called into action until the closing stages. He fumbled the Bernardo shot that Idah followed up. 6
James Tavernier: Exposed numerous times by Maeda but fortunately was helped out by his teammates. 6
Leon Balogun: A welcome return to the backline and was commanding and good in possession. Covered well for Tavernier at points. Great pass to release Cantwell in the second half. 7
Ben Davies: Good challenge on O'Riley in the first half, made some timely clearances and, like Balogun, was good on the ball. 7
Ridvan Yilmaz: Looked shaky to begin with but grew into the game. Took the ball off Kyogo after he had slipped in behind Davies in the first half and had a poor attempt from distance in the second half that Hart easily saved. Took one for the team with a professional foul as Celtic looked to break late on. 6
Nico Raskin: The Belgian was in the mood from the off. Set up some Rangers attacks with neat forward passes as well as making crucial blocks and crunching challenges when required. Tanatalisng ball across the face of goal in the second half. 8

Mohamed Diomande: Like Raskin, the Ivorian was calm under pressure and dominated in the middle of the park. Was tenacious in the tackle and covered so much ground. Tired as the match wore on. Didn't deserve to be on the losing side. 8
Dujon Sterling: Won his fair share of duels. Gave Rangers much-needed power and bite in the middle. Blatantly pushed in the back by Scales a the end of the first half but Walsh missed it. Ridiculously cautioned for a crunching but fair challenge on Taylor. 7
Todd Cantwell: Looked bright but was frustrated with his teammates at times for not pressing. Was guilty of poor decision-making at points and gave away a few fouls in the second half before being subbed. 7
Fabio Silva: Grew into the game. Skinned Johnston but his shot was a tame effort in the first half. Worked hard in what was his last game in a blue jersey. 6
Cyriel Dessers: Had a fresh air swipe, a topped effort and a blocked shot in an out-of-sorts first half. Struggled to hold the ball up and was hooked at half-time. 5
Substitutes
Abdallah Sima: Replaced Dessers at the break. Harshly booked for an altercation with Johnston when he tried to break free from the Canadian's legs. Opened the scoring from a Tavernier corner only for it to be chopped off by Nick Walsh after a VAR check for a foul by Raskin on Hart. 6
Scott Wright: Replaced Cantwell. Taking his eye off a pass would result Celtic going up the park and netting the winning goal. 2
Rabbi Matondo: Replaced Fabio Silva and immediately caused Celtic problems with his direct running. 4
Ross McCausland: Replaced Sterling. 3
John Lundstram: Replaced Raskin in stoppage time. 1
