Rangers make the trip across the M8 to Leith this evening as they lock horns with in-form Hibernian.

Michael Beale earned his first win as Ibrox boss against the Easter Road outfit and has yet to taste defeat in the league since.

With Raith Rovers on the horizon in the Scottish Cup quarter-final on Sunday, will the Rangers manager look to tinker with his starting line-up against Lee Johnson’s men?

After racking up another win in the league last weekend, Michael Beale may not have many team selection calls to make tonight in the capital.

The back five will be again unchanged, with Ridvan Yilmaz and John Souttar playing for the B team yesterday and nearing a return to full fitness. Upsetting the balance of that unit at this moment in time seems unlikely.

The same can be said in midfield. Rangers’ midfield in the first half against Kilmarnock was full of energy and intention. Malik Tillman missed out due to injury but could return, whether that’s in the starting 11 in place of Todd Cantwell remains to be seen.

A line ahead, don’t expect any change to the Antonio Colak and Fashion Sakala front pairing. Colak linked well with his teammates on Saturday and Sakala’s been nearly ever-present under Beale.

Predicted line-up: McGregor, Tavernier, Goldson, Davies, Barisic, Jack, Raskin, Cantwell, Kent, Sakala, Colak.

Given Michael Beale’s comments over the weekend and his pre-match press conference, it’s likely Antonio Colak will get the nod to lead the line as he did against Kilmarnock on Saturday.

Easter Road is a venue Alfredo Morelos has relished down the years but Beale's words in the last few days indicate the Colombian will have to settle for a place on the bench.

Other than that, the only other alteration is likely to come in midfield with the back four and goalkeeper remaining consistent.

It remains to be seen if Ryan Jack can play two games in quick succession. If fit he should start but it wouldn’t be a surprise to see John Lundstram return to the fold alongside Nicolas Raskin.

Much will depend on whether Malik Tillman will be fit enough to return to contention but it’s likely we won’t see the Bayern Munich loanee until the weekend. Therefore, Todd Cantwell, Ryan Kent and Fashion Sakala are the probable support cast for Colak.

Predicted line-up: McGregor, Tavernier, Goldson, Davies, Barisic, Lundstram, Raskin, Cantwell, Kent, Sakala, Colak.
