Individual player ratings from tonight's 2-1 victory over Servette at Ibrox in the 3rd Qualifying Round of the Champions League.

Jack Butland: Another assured and calming display in nets. Looks a very competent and dominant figure in these early stages of his Ibrox career. Had little chance with Bedia's penalty. Was a virtual spectator in the second half. 7

James Tavernier: Dispatched a fifth-minute penalty with his usual aplomb. Got up and down the flank with his usual vigour and snapped into tackles with gusto. A captain's showing after much criticism this week. 7

Borna Barisic: A much-improved performance from the Croatian after becoming the focus of fan ire of late.  Brilliant delivery for the second goal and was a consistent threat down the left flank with an energetic showing and aggressive showing. 8

Connor Goldson: Solid and reliable, barely put a foot wrong up against a dangerous opponent in Bedia. 7

John Souttar: Burst out from the back brilliantly to make the second goal. Really growing into life as a Rangers defender. Took a clever booking when Servette had good options on the break. 8

Ryan Jack: A brilliant block stopped a seventh-minute Servette break dead and showcased what he adds to this side. Gave the other Rangers midfielders a really solid platform to go and take the game forward. Neat and tidy with the ball. 7

Nico Raskin: Looks more comfortable further forward in midfield where he can get involved in more of the attacking action. Always looks to have time and space and uses the ball so well. Another good showing. 8

Todd Cantwell: Set the tone by winning a fourth-minute penalty after excellent closing down. Showed his usual twinkle-toed style, popping up all over the pitch. Always trying to create. Booked for following through in a second-half challenge. 8

Sam Lammers: A mixed display where some things came off and some didn't. Missed a sitter to make it 3-0 in the first half but worked hard and won the ball high up the pitch on several occasions. Was denied by Mall with an incredible save in the second half. He did everything right with his snap shot but was denied by a world-class save. 7

Cyriel Dessers: Could hardly miss his debut goal after Barisic laid it on a plate. Gave away a very modern penalty when the ball deflected off his arm. It wasn't deliberate but certainly a spot-kick based on the current laws of the game. Sloppy with the ball at times but he worked tirelessly. 6

Danilo: Has a nice touch but looked a touch off the pace of the game at times. Gave the ball away with a consistency he wouldn't want to repeat but showed bright enough to suggest he will offer something in the long term once he's more bedded in. Substituted off with 25 minutes to go. 6

Abdullah Sima: On for Danilo but didn't add much. 2

Kieran Dowell: A late sub for Jack. 2

Jose Cifuentes: An Ibrox debut for the Ecuador international and he looked strong and dynamic. 4

Ianis Hagi: On with five minutes to go. 2

Scott Wright: On for Raskin in the final knockings. 2
