Alfredo Morelos looks set to end his nightmare spell at Santos.
The former Rangers fan favourite joined the Brazilian club in September 2023 after his Ibrox contract came to an end.
It was meant to be a huge statement from Santos to land the prolific Colombian international. However, Morelos only managed to score four times from 20 appearances during a troubled 10 month period.

It’s believed his time in Brazil is about to end and the 28-year-old will now join Atlético Nacional in his homeland.
South American transfer guru, Pipe Sierra, claims they are very close to finalising the agreement and tomorrow will be a vital day in the negotiations.
Morelos would then travel to undergo medical check-ups once he receives the 'OK'.
Many clubs from across Europe were also said to be keeping taps on the striker.
There’s a chance that Atlético Nacional may even settle for an initial six month loan before agreeing on a fixed price if they want to land Morelos on a long-term permanent deal.
